Return & Refund Policy

1. Nature of Services

Vulpi Group LLC provides professional services including consulting, technology development, intellectual property advisory, and related strategic services. We do not sell physical goods.

2. Contract-Based Engagement

Each service provided by Vulpi Group LLC is governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, or service contract accepted by the client prior to payment.

By proceeding with payment, the client confirms acceptance of the terms outlined in the applicable written agreement.

In the event of any conflict between this policy and a signed agreement, the written contract shall prevail.

3. No General Right of Return

Due to the customized and professional nature of our services, services already rendered, initiated, or scheduled are not eligible for return.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility, if any, is strictly determined by the specific terms set forth in the applicable written agreement between Vulpi Group LLC and the client.

Unless expressly stated in the governing contract:

• Deposits and retainers are non-refundable.
• Work completed or partially completed is non-refundable.
• Administrative, research, filing, or third-party costs are non-refundable.

5. Cancellation of Services

Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing. Cancellation terms, including potential fees or prorated charges, shall be governed exclusively by the written agreement applicable to the service.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Vulpi Group LLC to seek resolution may constitute a breach of contract.

We reserve the right to provide contractual documentation and evidence of services rendered in response to any payment dispute.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Any refund granted outside the scope of a written agreement shall be at the sole discretion of Vulpi Group LLC and does not establish a precedent for future engagements.
